Deposit Terms and Conditions

We've tried to make this as easy as possible but there's always a few Ts&Cs to go through.

 

1. Once your deposit has been received by Impact Travel our agents will be in direct contact to confirm departure dates for your booking and send a detailed itinerary including complete terms and conditions ASAP. This will usually be the same working day but may take 24 hours depending on time of day deposit is received, weekends, public holidays etc

2. Your £200 deposit is treated by Impact Travel s indication that you would like to book a certain product. Your deposit will always remain 100% refundable in the following events:

   1. Impact Travel can not secure your desired departure date​

   2. Impact Travel can not secure your desired product

   3. Final price has changed significantly i.e. over 5%, Impact Travel will always absorb any reasonable price rise due to currency fluctuations etc

3. No product or service can be 100% confirmed until final payment has been made and all outstanding money has been received by Impact Travel. 

4. A 10% administration fee will be charged for any customer initiated cancellations while products are on deposit and before final payment has been made
